I hope this finds you well! Can you believe we’re already in the final stretch of 2024? This year has flown by, and if you’re anything like me, you might be feeling a mix of excitement and a little pressure to make these last few months really count.
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the goals I set back in January. Some I’ve nailed, others… well, they’ve taken a backseat. But you know what? That’s okay. We still have time to turn things around and finish the year strong. How do we do that? The answer is RECOMMITTING.
Here’s what I’m doing to recommit, and I thought it might help you too:
Â
1. Taking Stock of What’s Worked (and What Hasn’t)
It’s easy to focus on what didn’t go as planned, but I’m taking a minute to celebrate the wins—big or small. Then, I’m looking at what didn’t work and figuring out why. Was it a lack of time, motivation, or maybe just the wrong approach? Most of the time, it’s a lack of personal accountability for me.
2. Tweaking My Goals
Life happens, priorities change, and sometimes our goals do to. I’m giving myself permission to adjust my goals based on where I am now, not where I was in January. It feels so freeing to know I can pivot without feeling like I’ve failed. Start again.
3. Making a Simple Plan
I’m not talking about some complicated strategy here. Just a few small, consistent actions I can take on most days to move closer to where I want to be by year’s end. What’s one thing you can do today that will make a difference? Let’s keep it simple and doable.
Let’s Hold Each Other Accountable to our Recommitments!
I’d love for us to stay connected and encouraging by holding each other accountable. It can be the difference maker. What are your goals for these last few months of 2024? What are you willing to see all the way through now? Something for your business? Something for your health?
Shoot me a reply, and let’s share our plans. I’m here to support you and maybe give you a nudge if you want it (and feel free to do the same for me!).Â
